Salila Vihar Festival – The Summer Pastimes

Information – In the heart of Sri Dham Mayapur, during the blazing summer, a very special 15-day festival unfolds—Salila Vihar, the divine jal-vihara (water pastimes) of Sri Sri Radha Madhava. 🙏✨ Every evening, the Deities are lovingly placed on a lotus-shaped pond, surrounded by fountains, flowers, and fragrant water. Devotees chant 108 names, offering tulasi leaves and flowers with each sacred name. 🌿🌺 This is no ordinary ritual—it’s a loving service to soothe the Lord in the summer heat and a reminder of how simple offerings made with devotion carry deep transcendental meaning. 💖🪷
