About the Project
The Sri Chaitanya Cultural World Heritage Center, a unique temple town project spread over 600 acres, is being developed by the Sridham Mayapur Development Foundation, an undertaking of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON), founded by His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada.
We have plans for erecting a magnificent international city based on this Vedic culture.

Foundation Objectives
The Sridham Mayapur Development Foundation is committed to the following objectives:
- To provide education and medical relief.
- To promote and revive Indian culture, art, tradition, music, philosophy, history, traditional cuisine, handicrafts and handlooms.
- To conserve and preserve ecology and environment, water resources, animal and plant life; organic farming, animal husbandry, agriculture, and alternative energy sources.
- To propagate religious values, systematic dissemination of spiritual knowledge, and for performing other humanitarian activities directed towards universal integration and for the propagation of yoga.
- To promote skill development and self employment and to create awareness on social, moral and economic issues affecting the nation, and work towards the upliftment of the society.
- To undertake welfare activities by developing temporary and permanent accommodation in rural areas for the poor and needy, by providing food and other necessities of life to people regardless of race, caste, creed or gender at Sri Mayapur.
